From inside the app, Settings → Help → Send feedback opens your email app with the app version already filled in.
Common questions
Where is my data? Only on your phone. Happenstance has no account and no server, and the Android app cannot connect to the internet at all.
How do I move to a new phone? In Settings → Your data, choose Export backup and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone. On the new phone, choose Import backup.
I bought Happenstance Unlimited and it's gone. In Settings, choose Restore purchase while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with. A purchase on iPhone doesn't carry over to Android, or the other way round.
Why doesn't the app close after a tap on iPhone? iPhone apps aren't allowed to close themselves. The row flashes and the app is ready for the next tap.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play from your order history.
